Took a stroll at Wolcott Mills Metropark tonight.... there were hardly any birds worth mentioning... there was a flock of Dark-eyed Juncos preparing to head north.... they were all singing and I could hear them from about 50 yards away... I would estimate the flock of at least 50 birds.... Other than that, I saw two Mourning Cloaks, and a few Eastern Commas, both early spring butterflies... Garter Snakes were everywhere... didn't care much about striking out, it was such a perfect weather day......
