MetroBeach Spring count

I helped out today with Metrobeach spring bird count... Birded the area behind the Nature center for about 3 hours. 63 species. Migration has picked up and hopefully will peak on time next weekend. Highlights of day below.
Least Bittern
Northern Harrier
Lincolns Sparrow
Red-headed Woodpecker
Blue-headed Vireo
Warbling Vireo
Nashville Warbler
Northern Parula
Yellow Warbler
Magnolia Warbler
Black-throated Blue Warbler
Yellow-rumped Warbler
Palm Warbler
Black and White Warbler
American Redstart
Ovenbird
Northern Waterthrush
Common Yellowthroat
Wilson's Warbler

Golden-winged Warbler and Yellow Breasted Chat were also seen by other observers. Least Bittern was calling in the South Marsh....

Now home and getting on that Honey Do list.... Poronto out!!
